Candy Cooling Tables

​Our ACE, water cooled stainless steel, standard size 6' x 3' cold tables are designed to efficiently and evenly cool hard and soft candy confections, and other confectionery products. The use of modern materials and the latest welding-fabrication technologies ensures a heavy duty, excellent quality table.

 

Fitted with adjustable levelling feet, our standard size cold table is designed with a serpentine inner piping to keep the table full of water or coolant, ensuring that there are no hot spots, and creating a stable and even cooling surface.

 

 The table comes fitted with 1/2 inch BSP water connections on either end. .

The cold table can be purchased as a stand alone item, or as part of a package with any of our other machines i.e: our Manual Handling Trolley and Gas Stove, with a Leveler and Slitter Guillotine or the production line.
