The Adansonia Pulling Machine does come fully guarded with electric panel for stop / start and also incorporates a timer which keeps your pulled products consistent.

 

This pulling machine is used to aerate candy, the candy weight and altering the texture by incorporating air into the confectionery mass. The candy will become white, or if dye is used, a pastel colour.
