The Adansonia 10kg capacity candy puller will be a useful addition to any research and development laboratory or small scale confectioner. It is used for pulling the product to incorporate air changing the texture, colour and increasing the volume. It can be used on hard and soft candy masses.

​The machine is of sturdy construction and utilises rotating arms around one stationary. As the arms rotate the sugar mass gets stretched and folded. The longer this is done the more air is added to the product. A timer function is incorporated in the machine to give accurate consistent results for every batch.
