Small Candy Cooling Table

Our ACE mini cold table is perfect for laboratory candy development and for artisan confectionery manufacturing.

​

Fitted with adjustable levelling feet and a 12mm stainless steel top, our small cold table is designed with a serpentine inner piping to keep the table full of water or coolant, ensuring that there are no hot spots, and creating a stable and even cooling surface. 

 

The table comes fitted with ½ inch BSP water connections on either end.

Equipped with a 20mm lift away rim, which keeps your product on the table and allows for easy removal and cleaning. There is a floating divider bar provided to section the table into smaller areas which is useful for different flavours and colours.
