GD2160 Chocolate Bar Wrapper
Another machine expertly refurbished by our highly experienced engineers.
The GD2160 can wrap 10gr up to 100/125gr in the classic format. It allows a vast range of product which is simple and fast to change within the following limits.
From 40mm L x 20mm W x 5mm H
to 175mm L x 80mm W x 10H
or 160mm L x 65mm W x 20mm H.
The production rate can reach up to 130 bars per minute depending on the product.
The internal wrapping can be performed using a choice of laminated, parchment or paraffin aluminum, always unwound from a reel. The external wrapping can be carried out in a band or envelope and is automatically closed using a cold glue.
The label or band for the external wrapping can either be precut from stock or obtained from a reel with print centering by photocell. (Depending on the version).
A 2160 version is also available for wrapping in cellophane or other heat sealing materials. Fitted with no product, no paper detector.
