The caramel cooker is a must for any confectionery kitchen big or small. With an optimum batch size of 10kg.

 

Easy to use with its built in temperature controller which automatically switches off and alerts you when the set temperature is reached.

 

This cooker also has a built in cooling circuit which will stop temperature overshoot. Easy and safe to empty due to its tilting mechanism and built in spring loaded lock.

Suitable for cooking Fudge, Caramel, Brittles, High Boiled Candy, Jellies

Water Cooled Candy Cooling Table

Our Mini Candy Cooking Line Cooling Table is our medium sized cold plate. Built along the same lines as our other candy cooling tables, utilizing a 12mm stainless steel top and mild steel underside. 

Fitted with a serpentine inner, ensuring the table is kept full of coolant, eliminating any hotspots and creating an even cooling surface.

The cooling plate is controlled using the quarter turn ball valves, fitted as standard to the bottom of the table. The serpentine is separated into two haves allowing one side of the cooling table to be kept warm whilst the other side can be cooling. Extremely useful for modelling up candies, or keeping product warm allowing time for further process.
