The Adansonia Candy Caramel Cutting / Sizing Machine is the perfect solution for cutting    confectionery in larger production quantities.

The Candy Cutting Machine thickness and sizes the product to the preset height whilst cutting it into strips.

The Candy is placed onto the infeed section of the cutting machine. As the operator pushes the slab into the driven roller the candy is pulled automatically through the blades where it is cut to width and sized to height, passing through onto the outfeed belt for further processing.

 

This cutting machine can be used in           conjunction with our Candy Caramel Guillotine  machine for further processing into squares or rectangles.

The Cutting Machine Cuts cleanly through nut inclusions, multi-layers, jelly beans, caramel, fudge, nougat, and all different types of Candy.

The cutting machine was designed with the operator in mind, with simple operation. Full stainless steel construction means that the machine is easy to clean, hygenic and sanitary. All controls are within easy reaching distance with additional emergency stops, ensuring this machine is built to a very high safety standard.
